📋 Description

• Advise our clients on SAP Payroll, with a focus on German Payroll. • Analyze business requirements and develop tailored functional and technical solutions. • Implement, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions. • Participate in exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects. • Conduct workshops and training sessions while supporting key users and business departments. • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure the seamless integration of payroll processes. • Stay up to date with new SAP technologies and legislative changes, actively sharing your knowledge with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll Germany. • Solid knowledge of German payroll tax, social security, and labor legislation. • Very good German language skills (minimum B2/C1 level) and good English language skills. • A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification. • A structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working. • Ambition, willingness to learn, and a strong customer-focused mindset. • Enjoy working with clients and collaborating within a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel as required for client projects. • Nice to Have: SAP certifications. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). • ABAP knowledge.
