📋 Description

• We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Germany & Austria who will own regional marketing strategies and create meaningful impact in the healthcare environment. • In this role you will manage product launches, conduct market and competitor analyses, and develop audience-specific marketing materials for the local market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support the commercial organization in the region — always ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Lead local marketing and launch strategy in coordination with EMEA teams to advance therapy development and market adoption. • Responsible for pricing strategy, value proposition and forecasts to achieve revenue and margin targets. • Derive commercial actions from market, customer and competitor analyses to continuously optimize market approach. • Develop and adapt marketing and sales materials to support commercial execution in the local market. • Plan and execute local events, workshops and training programs to increase awareness and product adoption. • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional societies and other external healthcare stakeholders. • Work closely with the sales team to enable commercial execution through tools, training and materials. • Monitor product and market performance and derive optimization measures based on feedback and insights. • Ensure compliance with brand, legal and regulatory requirements. • Regularly provide business insights on launches, competition and market developments.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing within the MedTech environment, preferably in neurovascular or other interventional therapies. Experience in vascular or coronary interventions (e.g., thrombectomy, balloons, stents) is particularly relevant. • Strong interest in neurovascular and interventional therapies and motivation to make a direct contribution to patient outcomes in acute care settings. • Solid understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement logic and market dynamics in clinical settings. • Proven experience in product launches and implementing data-driven marketing and commercial strategies. • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, international teams. • Strategic and analytical thinking with high attention to detail. • Strong project management skills to steer initiatives from planning through execution. • Proactive, independent working style as well as strong team orientation and flexibility. • Very good English skills required; German is an advantage. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
