📋 Description
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; • Design and monitor job, compensation and promotion policies; • Create and manage benefits plans and wellness programs; • Organize and coordinate training and development initiatives; • Handle personnel administration and labor relations routines; • Monitor and analyze HR KPIs, preparing management reports; • Support performance evaluation and feedback processes; • Provide consultative support to leaders and teams on people management.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields; • Generalist HR experience (minimum 3 years); • Experience in Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), compensation and job grading, and payroll/personnel administration (DP); • Ability to analyze metrics and build reports; • Proficiency with HR tools, recruitment platforms and Excel; • Excellent communication, organizational skills and proactivity; • Plus points: Experience in advertising agencies or creative companies; experience with fully remote teams; certifications in strategic HR, performance management or organizational culture.
