• Experiência prévia em SDR, Pré-Vendas, Inside Sales ou áreas correlatas • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita • Conhecimento básico em CRM comercial • Perfil organizado, resiliente e orientado a resultados • Facilidade para conduzir conversas e contornar objeções • Conhecimento em SPIN Selling, BANT ou metodologias similares (diferenciais) • Experiência com vendas B2B (diferenciais) • Cursos na área comercial ou marketing digital (diferenciais) • Vivência com prospecção outbound (diferenciais)
