• Responsible for the entire sales cycle of our software solution in industrial environments (from initial contact to contract signing) • Develop and successfully close new customer projects • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders • Lead contract negotiations and independently close deals • Proactively approach and win new industrial customers • Build relevant contacts within defined target industries • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities • Leverage speaker opportunities and specialist forums • Support the initial customer phase after contract signing to ensure successful implementation of the solution
• Several years of experience in enterprise software sales • Experience selling complex, consultative software solutions • Existing network and relevant contacts in the industrial (IT) sector • Strong understanding of industrial digitalization / Industry 4.0 • Independent and responsible working style • High self-motivation and enthusiasm for building new markets • Interest in innovative technologies and digital trends • Ideally, first exposure to topics such as digital twins, interoperability, data platforms, or Asset Administration Shells • Fluent German and English skills
