📋 Description

• You are responsible for delivering complex AI projects from proof of concept through to production. • You lead AI strategy workshops with C-level decision-makers. • You design AI solutions across the full spectrum: Generative AI, traditional Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and MLOps. • You act as the primary point of contact for clients and develop long-term partnerships. • You contribute to knowledge building through publications, conference presentations, and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background in AI/ML with practical experience. • Proven track record of delivering multiple significant projects end-to-end. • More than 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in client-facing or cross-functional roles. • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams successfully. • Strong client orientation and the ability to confidently switch between different stakeholder groups. • Solid understanding of the AI landscape: LLMs, Generative AI, MLOps/LLMOps, and current best practices for enterprise AI. • Fluent in German and English.
