📋 Description

• Support our clients across the entire value chain through consulting assignments in strategy, organization and project management • Broaden your experience and strengthen your skills across a variety of assignment types • Participate in projects to design and launch new product and service offerings • Performance improvement & management: audits, reorganization, process optimization • Regulatory compliance: GDPR, AML/CFT, ESG/SFDR & CSRD, IDD, PRIIPs, PACTE Law • Support in selecting operational services and IT solutions • Digitalization of business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree, business school diploma or Master's degree (Master 2), ideally with a specialization in Finance / Insurance • Minimum 3 years' experience in organizational consulting within the finance / insurance sector • Knowledge of financial products (collective investment funds/UCITS, equities, bonds, private equity, etc.) • Familiarity with the savings market, life insurance and distribution channels • Project methodology • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Professional level of English
