📋 Description
• Develop the MOA (business owner) Insurance practice • Manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and track dossiers • Identify new commercial opportunities • Manage a team of 3 consultants • Execute and oversee MOA projects • Drive digital transformation of operations • Oversee the activities of the Insurance practice
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of consulting experience on IT systems issues within the insurance sector • Strong knowledge of life insurance, pension savings and/or health & provident insurance • Experience in project management • Agile methodology or V-model (V-cycle) • Familiarity with tools and vendors such as Kelia, Solife, Graphtalk AIA, Cleva • Experience in business development and in energizing/growing a practice
