📋 Description

• Undertake engagements with business lines and IT departments on transformation projects or operational strategy for asset management firms specializing in non-listed (private) assets • Participate in the setup or outsourcing of activities and define target operating models • Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base, particularly on key topics relevant to our GP and LP clients • Conduct market studies on the organization and operational infrastructure of non-listed asset managers • Develop new consulting offerings and commercialize them • Manage a team of consultants specialized in private assets

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school, a business school, or a university master’s degree • Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in leading transformation projects in asset management or investor services • Significant experience with private asset classes (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Debt) is a prerequisite for this role • Ability to build and engage a professional network to sell consulting assignments • Ability to manage teams of consultants • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
