📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager, you are a pillar of the Social Protection practice • You provide your expertise to our clients in the social protection sector (insurers, provident institutions, third‑party administrators, mutuals, etc.) • Guide teams and contribute directly to the commercial growth of the division • Operational transformation of market players in social protection • Regulatory compliance implementation • Digitization of processes and operational efficiency • Simultaneous management of one or more engagements, from scoping to deployment • Coaching and upskilling of consultants • Structuring and methodological oversight of projects • A driving role in the development of the practice

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years on transformation projects in social protection within either: a consulting firm specialized in personal insurance, or an insurance company (product, marketing, organization, transformation functions) • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex transformation projects, from scoping to deployment • Implementation and rigorous monitoring of project methodology • Confirmed experience managing a team of at least 5 people • Tangible results in business development: offering design, prospecting, client retention • Knowledge of complementary health insurance, provident, individual and/or group insurance products • Clear understanding of the ecosystem (insurers, mutuals, brokers, third‑party administrators…) • Mastery of the business and regulatory environment of social protection • Strong proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) • Operational knowledge of market tools
