📋 Description

• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of analytical PerkinElmer/Perten instruments — including NIR, process NIR and rheology solutions — at customer sites in southern Germany and beyond • Primary point of contact for customers requiring technical support; building long-term relationships and advising on instrument performance, upgrades and qualifications • Identify sales opportunities — service contracts, consumables, software updates — and act proactively on customer needs • Train users in instrument operation and provide advice on process optimization • Produce accurate service documentation, ensure timely and correct billing, and support continuous improvement through thorough fault analysis • Independently plan daily work with attention to response times, customer priorities and travel efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training or vocational qualification (mechatronics technician, electrician or related field) • Experience supporting software-based analytical electromechanical instruments • Fluent German and good English (spoken and written) • Class B driving license and willingness to travel • Residence within postal code areas 7, 8 or 9, or willingness to relocate to this area • Team player with strong communication skills
