📋 Description

• Build professional relationships with clients • Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and related technical field work on equipment • Sell instruments, accessories, consumables, contracts, software, and upgrades to existing customers • Maintain proper functioning and maintenance of instruments and devices • Support users in optimising device use • Attend shows, training sessions, and technical workshops, including administrative follow-up • Communicate with customers about activities, schedules, maintenance, and product information • Train users in daily instrument use • Identify and report customer queries and complaints • Send service orders containing maintenance specifications • Execute planned services and efficiently plan maintenance and field activities • Install and deliver instruments and fulfil warranty and service contract obligations • Assess equipment compliance with sales orders and customer requirements • Assess repair options and advise customers on replacement or repair • Identify opportunities for maintenance contracts, equipment, accessories, and consumables • Check that installation, service, repair, and sales visits are executed and recorded in the computer system • Keep product and market knowledge up to date • Take safety, health, and environmental measures • Contribute to service consultations and other meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering or similar mechanical and/or electrical technical degree • Minimum two years of relevant work experience • Driving license • Experience with databases • Customer oriented • Ability to work independently and in a team • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and CRM • Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written • Committed to Customers • Focused on results • Action Oriented
