📋 Description

• Conducting sample measurements and instrument demonstrations to demonstrate the performance of our products • Revenue-supporting communication with customers during product presentations, company events, seminars, trade shows and conferences • Supporting sales staff during the proposal and closing phases and service staff during the after-sales phase as a technical expert • Supporting customers in the after-sales phase with application and product knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction • Designing and conducting trainings on the LC-MS/MS product line for customers and internally for sales and service personnel on a regional basis

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline; PhD preferred • Relevant hands-on experience in organic mass spectrometry, preferably LC-MS/MS • Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel approximately 50% within the assigned region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) • Ideally, field sales and support experience for the LC-MS/MS product line • High sense of responsibility, initiative and results orientation • Excellent communication skills; fluent in German and English
