📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for the practice • Establish and enforce delivery standards and quality assurance protocols • Conduct regular project audits and post-mortems to drive continuous improvement • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and performance gaps • Lead internal training programs and certification pathways • Represent the company through keynote speaking and industry publications • Collaborate with Client Engagement and Sales teams on strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline (OR a combination of equivalent experience) • 24+ years in life sciences, biotech, or advanced manufacturing with deep domain knowledge. • Proven experience building and scaling a consulting practice or technical service line. • Strong background in managing complex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements. • Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
