📋 Description
• Monitors revenue and profitable year over year growth • Proactive review of salon productivity and strategies to close gaps • Management of salon labor and adherence to scheduling guidelines • Active review of customer satisfaction trends with action planning • Coach and train teams on best practices for salon solutions • Conduct on-site field visits to support strategy execution
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience leading and influencing in multi-unit retail or hospitality environment • Demonstrated leadership with 5 years of experience creating inclusive and positive work environments • Proven ability to influence employees at all levels • Experience leading macro strategies based on market insights • Strong prioritization and organization skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
