• 4+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Direct Response, or Performance Copywriting — ideally in DTC / e-commerce • Proven track record scaling paid social creative profitably • You understand the full funnel: Hook · Mechanism · Offer · Story • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution • You’ve built or improved creative testing systems, not just individual ads • Strong briefing and feedback capability — you know how to guide creators toward performance • Comfortable balancing creative instinct with performance analysis • AI-native, not AI-curious. You’ve built real workflows using Claude Projects, custom GPTs, or similar tools across research, scripting, briefing, ideation, and analysis • Fluent English. German is a strong plus, but deep understanding of the DACH market matters more than perfect grammar.
