📋 Description

For us, leadership means providing direction, connecting perspectives, and developing better solutions together. • We are not looking for a traditional copywriter. • We are looking for a creative personality with leadership ambition — not defined by title, but by ideas, clarity, and collaboration. • Someone who understands social media as a cultural stage, thinks strategically about international platforms, and sees new technologies, AI and digital innovation as creative accelerators. • For dm-drogerie markt’s international team, we are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Digital Creative with a strong focus on international social-media ecosystems, platform strategies, and influencer marketing. • Develop international social-first and platform campaigns for multiple dm markets • Conceptualize scalable creative frameworks, content playbooks, and asset systems • Develop influencer and creator strategies with cultural relevance • Provide creative oversight of international social assets and ensure quality across markets • Present and evolve guiding ideas at the international stakeholder level • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams (Strategy, Design, UX, Tech, Account, dm international) • Actively integrate AI tools and new technologies into concept and content processes • Identify new platform mechanics and digital innovations — and translate them into brand-relevant ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in an agency or a comparable creative role • Proven experience in conceptualizing international social-media assets • Deep understanding of platform-native mechanics and social culture • Solid expertise in influencer and creator marketing • Experience in the strategic use of AI and digital innovations • Ability to design creative systems with scalability in mind • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration • Confidence in presentations and client consulting • Fluent German and very good English skills
