📋 Description

• Provide relevant information for the analysis of Petz’s financial and operational indicators by processing available data and reports. • Assist with the implementation of process improvement projects by understanding current routines and identifying bottlenecks, collaborating with involved teams to design feasible solutions that increase efficiency and productivity. • Support the preparation of Controllership presentations for the Board/Directors by converting analyzed data into executive summaries that present key points clearly and objectively. • Perform analysis of results, balance sheet and cash flow, including explaining variances between actual and budgeted figures, based on information obtained from various Petz departments. • Assist the Controllership Manager in preparing information requested by FP&A, Investor Relations and New Business teams by understanding requirements and available reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. • Advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge of SQL, Python and Power BI. • Experience with databases (especially Snowflake). • Knowledge of automation and data manipulation. • Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
