📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Medical Affairs Scientists • Foster a high-performing, collaborative and accountable culture • Provide field coaching, observation and feedback • Drive capability development in communication, stakeholder engagement, influence, coaching and strategic thinking • Partner with Therapy Area Medical Leads to implement field medical priorities • Monitor field medical activity using metrics and performance measures • Identify improvement opportunities and drive execution using data and insights • Track and communicate field medical performance, analytics and trends through dashboards and reporting • Support Medical Affairs dashboards, analytics and leadership reporting • Respond to leadership requests for analysis, reporting and business insights • Ensure field medical activities and cross-functional interactions comply with Pfizer policies, governance and compliance standards • Support Medical Affairs projects and initiatives as required

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a field-based healthcare, pharmaceutical or related environment • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development and succession planning • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams • Experience driving performance through clear expectations, coaching and accountability • Strong analytical capability • Experience using metrics, dashboards and business insights to guide decisions and improve execution • Experience tracking and communicating performance against established KPIs and organisational objectives • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and influence multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills • Experience engaging thought leaders in field • Strong organisational skills and sound judgement • Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline
