• Cover priority stores identified by PDB Distribution. • Adjust minimum stock levels and ensure automatic replenishment. • Implement actions to improve in-store product availability (stock monitoring, clearance, specific fixtures, shelf reset) following volume negotiations and the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP). • Conduct a full monthly store audit (within 2–3 days before the visit), including distribution checks and shelf/aisle analysis (qualitative and quantitative) in the sector's hypermarkets. • Act as a liaison for the RDV regarding DN Drive and the physical store. • Execute shaving POS (point-of-sale) activities: store survey, ordering, installation, follow-up and recommendations. • Build strong professional relationships with clients. • Work closely with RDV to ensure shaving fundamentals are in place in-store. • Maintain smooth communication with the CU and RDV. • Play a key role in shaving projects.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal colleagues to understand needs and deliver quality responses. • Coaching and persuasion skills. • Autonomy / organization: able to make sound independent decisions to achieve objectives. • Education/experience: hold a Baccalauréat (high school) to Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary) diploma in a non-commercial field. • Experience in similar roles is a plus.
