📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, from posting vacancies through to hiring selected candidates • Develop and implement Organizational Development projects aimed at continuously improving processes and the organizational climate • Administer the benefits offered by the company, ensuring they comply with internal policies and applicable legislation • Conduct employee performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actions for professional development • Manage the Human Resources team, ensuring the development and training of staff • Foster clear communication between employees and company departments, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy/Education, or Sociology • Previous experience in People Management, Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development, Benefits Administration, and Performance Evaluation • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation • Leadership and team management skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive and flexible, able to handle adverse situations and ongoing change
