📋 Description

• Accurately record bank statements and clarify outstanding items • Monitor and reconcile open items in accounts receivable • Work closely with other departments • Manage collections activities and maintain daily customer contact • Review and code digital incoming invoices • Prepare payment transactions and create bank transfers • Actively support month-end and year-end closing processes • Further develop business processes • Handle other recurring accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent experience • Initial experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable • Willingness and motivation to learn new subject areas • Experience with MS Office applications • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage • Knowledge of DATEV is desirable • Strong teamworking skills • For part-time employment: at least 30 hours per week
