📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams, owning planning, requirements, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and adoption for Power BI solutions • Own the technical approach, backlog, and sequencing of work for scalable analytics solutions • Facilitate client working sessions and align stakeholders on priorities, risks, expectations, status, and decisions • Review analytics deliverables for technical quality, usability, performance, and alignment with Power BI and modern analytics architecture best practices • Partner with account and practice leaders to identify new use cases, extension opportunities, and accelerators • Translate business needs into intuitive, actionable analytics products that drive client decisions and business outcomes • Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, account leaders, and distributed global colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience delivering enterprise data analytics and data visualization solutions • Experience owning analytics projects or workstreams from kickoff through completion • Strong Power BI development skills, including semantic/data modeling, DAX, Power Query, data visualization, and performance optimization • Experience with Power BI Service administration, including workspace strategy, security roles, access management, deployment practices, and platform configuration • Strong SQL skills with experience working with data warehouses, data marts, semantic models, and analytical data structures • Experience with data preparation and transformation using Alteryx or KNIME, or similar tools such as Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear analytical requirements and communicate recommendations and risks to technical and business stakeholders • Comfortable operating in distributed, global teams and partnering across time zones
