📋 Description

• Lead and develop strategies to optimize services and ensure customer satisfaction. • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance services. • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and propose innovative solutions. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Monitor performance and propose continuous improvements. • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve the company’s objectives. • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. • Previous experience in service consulting within the technology sector. • Strong knowledge of technology and its applications for service optimization. • Basic English proficiency. • User-level knowledge of ClickUp and Monday. • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems. • Results-oriented. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships. • Proactive and able to adapt to dynamic environments. • Availability to work under an independent contractor arrangement.
