📋 Description

• Coordinate and implement activities for application configuration • Provide user training and product commercialization • Support trade shows and product demos • Handle call escalations • Integrate system workflows • Collaborate in project teams to configure clinical workflows • Develop and execute training programs for clinical users • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for go-live • Document workflows and facilitate handover to service support • Participate in developing new solutions and functionalities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or vocational education and 4+ years of relevant experience • Experience in a radiology department and a good understanding of radiology workflows • Experience with RIS • Radiographer license or worked as a PACS administrator (ideally) • Proficient with MS Office Products • Experience with application training and/or consulting • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills • Motivated team player with adaptability and great interpersonal skills • Driving license and flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time) • Flexible to travel to additional locations across Europe as required
