📋 Description

• Independently perform repairs and installations, including remote repairs and Field Change Orders • Analyze faults across systems and develop solutions, considering clinical, technical, and commercial aspects • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and proactive escalation management • Work closely with internal and external partners and provide guidance to colleagues • Conduct technical training and handovers during installations • Coordinate small projects, such as relocations and upgrades • Independently resolve IT and network issues • Support Sales and Project Management with technical questions • Provide customer support as part of maintenance services • Complete all documentation in accordance with Philips quality standards • Report safety-related deficiencies and comply with relevant processes • Act as a medical device advisor in accordance with Section 31 of the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) and communicate with regulatory authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Field service experience, relevant knowledge of medical technology, and basic medical knowledge • Excellent internal and external communication skills, a confident manner, reliability, and professionalism • Customer management, assertiveness, and professional escalation management skills • Cross-functional collaboration and strong teamwork skills • High flexibility, willingness to travel extensively across the region, and readiness to travel more than 70% of the time, including weekend work and 24/7 on-call duty • Strong IT and networking skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and confident technical documentation skills • Experience in a radiology environment and certified expertise in radiation protection
