• Get to know the entire sales ecosystem in Health Systems (e.g., customer management, proposal processes, contract drafting) • Provide operational sales support and work closely with experienced Account Managers • Take on responsibility early and independently handle customer and sales tasks • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and account strategies • Work closely with internal partners such as Marketing, Service, Clinical Specialists and Finance • Participate in trainings, coaching and practical learning formats to develop your sales and communication skills • Create and maintain (key) account plans
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience (technical or business-related background) • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen actively and draw connections • Team player with resilience and a professional approach to successes and setbacks • Analytical and structured way of working • Hands-on mentality, initiative and willingness to take responsibility • Excellent German and English language skills • Willingness to travel for sales activities • Advantageous: first experience in a clinical environment and/or in sales • Career changers welcome with backgrounds such as radiologic technologists (MTRA), high school diploma (Abitur) and/or university degree
