• Manage inbound calls from customers • Create cases for customer calls and verify contract entitlement • Proactive monitoring of systems • Book time slots for engineers when remote diagnosis is not possible • Process part orders and provide updates on delivery • Support infield engineers with technical knowledge • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant degree in Biomedical or Engineering • Experience within Medical Devices • Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems in Ultrasound • Strong communication skills • Savvy IT skills and experience with Microsoft products
