📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance on medical technology systems according to manufacturer specifications/maintenance instructions/PM process • Perform installations on medical technology systems according to installation manuals • Perform technical modifications (FCOs) on-site according to Field Change Order instructions/FCO process on medical technology systems • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and technical modifications (FCOs) remotely as well • Provide technical commissioning and orientation to achieve “ready for patient use” status • Conduct repairs (Corrective Maintenance) with partially known solutions, AP/KP on medical technology systems, possibly with remote support as the on-site executing technician (Guided CM) • Support/assist with service activities (Helping Hand) • Collaborate with and share relevant information with Sales (e.g., CSA, upgrades, PLS) • Support internal/external partners with maintenance activities • Assist Sales/Product Line with (technical) questions • Document all tasks and activities and prepare technical reports according to Philips quality criteria (Service Record Quality) • Document and report safety-related defects or risks according to the Customer Feedback process • Act as a medical device consultant within the meaning of § 83 Medical Devices Implementation Act (MPDG) • Comply with relevant Philips processes

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed technical training or technical college in medical technology, electrical engineering, information or network technology, or similar • Several years of professional experience, ideally in field service • Specialized training (e.g., IT or medical technology) • Knowledge in the medical technology field and basic medical knowledge • Standard IT/network skills • Good internal/external communication skills • Reliability, commitment, and confident manner • Cross-departmental teamwork (team player) • Regional mobility and very high willingness to travel (>90%) • Willingness to work weekends • Willingness for extended on-call duty and 24/7 standby • Very good German and good English skills
