📋 Description

• Leads the overall business strategy and execution for the Services business across specified regions • Responsible for setting CLV strategy and targets • Determines go-to-market strategy and drives performance across channels • Responsible for market P&L and delivering on financial commitments • Develops strategic planning with respective businesses • Manages a team of Services account managers and specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 12 - 15 years’ experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Key account management • Team leadership and coaching • Experience with high-volume, large-ticket service sales • Strong interpersonal skills • Problem-solving and solution selling • Analytical and data-driven skills • Strong business acumen
