📋 Description

• Build world-class account intelligence maintaining, enriching, and segmenting target CRM data • Identify high-value opportunities through research of decision-makers, installed equipment, and application fits • Optimize lead routing and align with sales and marketing leadership; provide actionable analytics to strengthen pipeline quality • Activate underdeveloped leads, campaign prospects, and event contacts through outreach and nurturing • Schedule qualified discovery conversations and deliver handoff notes to fuel outside sales team • Utilize modern CRM platforms, ERP systems, and AI-driven analytics to accelerate revenue and increase sales productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Sales Analyst or Inside sales type role. • Some technical experience in AM or manufacturing machinery would be preferred. • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and market research tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.) • Strong working knowledge of quoting, ERP, and order management systems (e.g., F&O) • Experience using sales content and enablement platforms to support customer engagement • Ability to analyze sales data, pipelines, and forecasts using digital reporting, AI, and analytics tools
