📋 Description
• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and interviewing. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational needs. • Attending recruitment events and career fairs. • Staying up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Physical Therapy recruiting experience, require, minimum 3 years. • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS System, Paycom preferred. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written. • Excellent organization and time management skills.
