📋 Description

• Build fast, ambitious backend web applications • Collaborate closely with the product team to build features with significant business impact • Identify bottlenecks and improve the frontend developer experience • Work with the design team to build elegant and intuitive UI components • Understand business context and develop creative engineering solutions • Build and scale a multi-tenant SaaS platform for salon customer engagement and retention • Shape a high-scale, distributed system using event-driven architecture and modern cloud technologies • Apply high coding standards, attention to detail, maintainability, reuse, clean code, and unit testing • Develop automated unit and acceptance tests • Participate in code reviews and whiteboarding sessions • Coach and help teammates • Design and implement solutions at team level • Continuously learn, evaluate technologies, and improve engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency and at least 3 years of professional experience with object-oriented software design, primarily Java • Knowledge and understanding of JavaScript, its fundamentals, and latest developments • Experience working with and building RESTful APIs • GraphQL knowledge is a bonus • Ability to reason about trade-offs when discussing backend technologies • Ability to inspire and motivate while improving quality and productivity • Focus on high coding standards, excellent attention to detail, and a methodological work process
