• Lead Growth • Drive Innovation • Connect What Matters • Identify new customers and maintain relationships with current customers • Leverage deep knowledge of cable and connector systems to deliver high-performance solutions for applications • Produce strategic plans for target customers, incorporating customer details and objectives • Develop and grow relationships at target customers, performing cold calls when required • Pro-actively work with the internal execution team and the customer to successfully close opportunities • Acquire competitive intelligence through sales calls and industry knowledge
• 7+ years of technical outside sales experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience / knowledge • Demonstrated ability to effectively apply a disciplined sales process • Familiarity with RF & ethernet cable technology, and / or avionics systems, and / or the Aerospace & Defense market • Ability to travel domestically at a minimum 70% of the time; limited international travel
