📋 Description

• Prospect for new clients • Provide consultative sales support • Identify needs and present solutions • Lead negotiations and close sales • Follow up with clients throughout the sales process • Maintain the CRM and track performance metrics • Participate in training sessions and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Commercial mindset • Enjoy selling • Motivated by financial growth • Disciplined • Quick learner • Comfortable working toward targets • Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility • Availability to learn and execute tasks on a daily basis • This is not an employment contract under Brazil’s CLT labor regulations; engagement will be as an independent service provider (PJ) • Availability to work under a performance-based compensation model
