📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the firmwide Knowledge Management & Innovation strategy • Collaborate with firm leadership and stakeholders to align KM & Innovation initiatives • Establish and monitor key performance metrics and provide reporting to firm leadership • Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary team • Recruit and retain high-performing talent • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and business-focused team culture • Serve as a strategic voice to business unit leadership • Develop and facilitate cross-functional knowledge-sharing programs and training sessions • Collaborate with IT, Legal Operations, and other stakeholders to evaluate and implement technology solutions • Monitor emerging trends and technologies within the legal, AI, and professional services markets

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • Significant experience practicing law within a major law firm, corporate legal department, or government legal environment • Substantial experience within knowledge management, practice innovation, professional support lawyer (PSL), or comparable legal operations function • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with partners, attorneys, and senior business stakeholders • Deep understanding of the legal technology and AI landscape • Demonstrated success leading organizational change initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong strategic, operational, and problem-solving capabilities.
