📋 Description
• Provide overall leadership and direction for all data-center campus operations. • Maintain 24x7 operational readiness and accountability for uptime and life safety. • Oversee operation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure systems. • Ensure adherence to maintenance programs, MOPs, and EOPs. • Own campus-level OPEX and CAPEX budgets and financial forecasting. • Lead, mentor, and develop site leadership and operations staff. • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements. • Serve as senior site representative for customers and stakeholders. • Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery. • Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations. • 5+ years of senior leadership or site management experience. • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. • Proven budget and vendor management experience. • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
