• Atender e responder às solicitações dos clientes de forma cortês e eficiente. • Identificar e solucionar possíveis problema, garantindo sua satisfação. • Registrar e acompanhar solicitações, reclamações e sugestões dos clientes, garantindo o correto encaminhamento às áreas responsáveis. • Colaborar com a equipe na realização de tarefas administrativas relacionadas ao atendimento, como organização de documentos, controle de prazos e suporte em atividades de rotina.
