• Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing store management team • Provide coaching, mentoring, and overall direction • Analyze district performance and deliver feedback to regional director • Develop a district sales strategy that ensures profitable growth • Lead the store teams to meet sales/payroll budgets
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5-7 years of multi-unit experience in retail required • Driver’s license required • Proven track record of selecting high-performing talent • Ability to articulate and effectively present information
