📋 Description

• Be the bridge between business units, existing systems and new digitalization initiatives • Further develop and document the integration architecture between ERP, CRM, PLM, BI and other systems • Functional responsibility for our BI tool (Qlik Sense): development, standards, rollout and training • Establish and operate a company-wide data catalog • Requirements engineering: capture, analyze and digitally map analogue processes • Independently facilitate workshops with business units and service providers (Design Thinking, Event Storming or similar) • Manage external service providers and coordinate with internal application owners • Actively support projects through to Go-Live – not only conception but also implementation • Identify and structure AI and automation use cases within the business units

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis or comparable roles • Proven hands-on experience in implementing or further developing complex system landscapes (ERP, CRM, PLM, BI etc.) • Solid understanding of interfaces, data flows and integration architectures • Experience in requirements engineering and structured requirements elicitation • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to align business and IT stakeholders • High initiative — willing to roll up your sleeves and independently drive processes and projects • Strong passion for digitalization
