📋 Description

• Identification, analysis, and maintenance of system requirements in accordance with international standards, customer requirements, and company policies • Structure and classify requirements across the company so they are unambiguous, testable, traceable, and understandable • Close coordination with customers on questions regarding their requirements • Maintain all requirements documentation • Ensure that design-driven change requests (internal/external) are aligned with customer requirements • Prepare impact analyses for external and internal change requests • Define and derive concrete customer requirements for supplier requirement specifications • Contribute to planning and conducting reviews and acceptance activities to verify and monitor compliance with requirements • Close coordination with the configuration manager • Support all departments (Sales, Service, ILS) in identifying, analyzing, and maintaining system requirements throughout the product lifecycle • Organize and conduct internal review processes with relevant stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or computer science, or comparable qualification • Experience in requirements engineering within the systems business and with requirements engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, CodeBeamer) • Ideally, a requirements engineering certification (e.g., IREB) • Strong technical affinity • Analytical and logical thinking skills • Strong abstraction skills • Strong personal presence and assertiveness • Excellent spoken and written English
