📋 Description

• Own the Order-to-Cash application portfolio as product owner • Manage tools including HubSpot Quoting, pricing calculator and CPQ, DocuSign, Zuora integrations, and NetSuite • Build and maintain a roadmap and prioritised backlog aligned with business priorities • Assess and prioritise requests from O2C, Billing, Deal Desk, Pricing, and Sales • Map lead-to-cash processes, identify breaks and manual workarounds, and design enterprise-scale solutions • Lead medium and large enhancements from requirements through process flows, user stories, configuration, UAT, and release • Translate business needs into requirements for BAT Engineering and own functional testing and sign-off • Maintain alignment between sold, contracted, and billed items, including data quality, controls, and audit trails • Manage O2C vendor relationships, SLA performance, licence usage, and renewal input • Support CPQ and CLM evaluations and buy-versus-build decisions • Train business users, peer review colleagues’ work, and support team analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business applications, with deep experience across quote-to-cash or order-to-cash systems • Hands-on experience with CPQ, billing, and ERP platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot Quotes, Chargebee, or similar • Solid knowledge of SaaS commercial processes, including pricing and packaging, discounting and approvals, contracts, subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition basics • Product ownership experience with roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation frameworks, and decision-making • Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Sales, and Deal Desk • Experience leading delivery in Agile teams, including user stories, sprints, UAT, and release management • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience implementing or migrating CPQ or CLM tools • Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency billing in a regulated or fintech environment • Familiarity with SQL or data tools for reconciliation and reporting
