📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end billing and collections process, ensuring timely customer payments and accurate financial record-keeping • Generate and dispatch accurate, timely invoices and credit memos to customers • Work with sales and operations to create invoicing for multiple customer sites and locations • Process incoming payments, posting checks, ACH, and wire transfers to the correct customer accounts • Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts, initiating collection calls or correspondence to secure payment • Investigate and resolve customer queries, billing discrepancies, and payment disputes • Reconcile AR sub-ledgers with the general ledger and assist with month-end closing procedures • Bad debt provision • Assist with the processing of monthly tax filings • Review new customer credit applications and set credit limits to mitigate risk
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or other relevant field • At least one (1) years of experience in an accounting or customer service or detail-oriented role required • Ability to approach all work activities with a customer service focus • Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Fluent written and spoken English • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Uncompromising dedication to quality • Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail • Fluent English, other European languages are a plus
