📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries in compliance with local and global accounting policies. • Perform account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, intercompany, etc.) and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting schedules. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with other finance teams, internal stakeholders, and external auditors. • Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. • Maintain documentation of accounting processes in accordance with company standards. • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager or Team Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. • CPA is an advantage but not required. • 13 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment. • Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and/or IFRS. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Good communication skills and ability to work across global teams. • Willingness to work on a hybrid or shifting schedule if required by global operations.
