📋 Description

• Assist in any activities including client accounting clean-up, monthly financial reviews, bank feed updates, payroll and client communications. • Deliver the ProfitCoach Experience to ProfitCoach clients through quality assurance reviews, client relationship and account management. • Own the Outcome of certain aspects of the monthly financial review process for accounting clients. • Collaborate on financial close and ensure clients' books are closed each month by the deadline. • Review, code, and match transactions in bank feeds. • Assist with new client cleanup work and complex problem solving.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Good written communication • Excellent problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented • Able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support • Experience in Quickbooks Online (QBO) • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Xero • Understanding of property management accounting • Familiarity with the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts • Experience in AppFolio, navigating to reports • Payroll processing and payroll tax filing experience • Prior experience with financial auditing or financial review
