📋 Description

• Ensure the quality of deliverables • Manage the team's backlog of requests • Manage time tracking • Participate in recruitment and selection processes • Manage client portfolios • Support the definition of Statements of Work (SOW) and new contracts • Solve complex problems • Learn new technologies • Work as part of a team

🎯 Requirements

• Programming logic • Experience with at least one programming language • Knowledge of relational databases • Knowledge of cloud solution fundamentals and architecture • Intermediate to advanced English • Experience managing tasks and resources and supervising team members • Knowledge in building Individual Development Plans (IDPs) • Experience conducting performance evaluations for team members under your management • Experience providing feedback to team members • Knowledge of methodologies for defining KPIs to monitor area performance • Methodologies for defining, executing, and establishing control points for processes
