• High integrity and clear communication—you're someone people trust and want to work with. • Demonstrable experience with technical sales pipelines, ideally with B2B infrastructure products. • Comfortable translating technical concepts into business value. • Fast learner with an appetite to stay ahead of market trends and dynamics. • Strong communication and presentation skills—both 1:1 and in front of a crowd. • Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and client meetings. • Strong understanding of the crypto space—narratives, protocols, and major players. • Active and visible in crypto spaces (X/Twitter, Telegram). • Prior experience working in or with Web3 companies, protocols, or foundations. • Based in the US (ideally NY).
