• Engage in daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and success across campaigns. • Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in campaign execution. • Developing and implementing media strategies to support client goals. • Manage the day-to-day activities of the junior media team members, including assigning projects, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards are met. • Managing budgets and making recommendations for allocation of funds. • Analyze results and deliver actionable insights to clients. • Apply analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance. • Provide proactive coaching, task management, and timeline requirements to specialists, fostering growth and functional expertise. • Take ownership of performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to support team development.
• 2–3+ years of paid search or media buying experience, ideally within an agency setting • Experience with Mercado Libre, Walmart, and Amazon • Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, build relationships, and inspire confidence • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and measurable results • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation; familiarity with macros is a plus) • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Resume and application must be submitted in English — strong written English communication is essential for this role.
