📋 Description

• Provide business support through Salesforce administration and development efforts, including requirements gathering, testing, and ongoing maintenance. • Manage and maintain data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Facilitate business admin processes to include external data into Salesforce. • Develop and deliver Salesforce reports and dashboards to support TMs and leadership in sales execution. • Collaborate with multiple teams across IA Distribution and the enterprise, including leadership, distribution, data & reporting, ACM, and SFEA. • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements and admin-facilitated solutions. • Communicate effectively with business and IT partners, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals. • Identify system gaps and process improvements, providing recommendations to enhance Salesforce functionality and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce experience, business analysis, or related fields • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Advanced/Fluent English • Experience with Agile processes and Salesforce administration/development • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail • Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite; experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and system integrations. • Ability to navigate both business and technical environments, translating requirements into actionable solutions • Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
