📋 Description

• Develop and enhance end-to-end features, from refinement to production delivery • Work closely with Product and Design to understand needs and propose viable technical solutions • Write code with a focus on quality, readability, testing, and maintainability • Participate in code reviews, give and receive feedback, and contribute to the team's coding standards • Collaborate on code architecture improvements, refactoring, and reduction of technical debt • Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and reusable components according to the stack • Help monitor and support production systems, including observability, bug fixes, and continuous improvements • Contribute to a strong, collaborative, and results-oriented software engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience as a software developer/engineer at the mid level • Solid foundation in software engineering: data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles • Strong experience with one or more of the languages/frameworks: Java, C#, or Python • Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows • Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases and writing performant queries • Experience with REST APIs and service integrations • Experience working in teams that use agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously • Nice to have: cloud experience, preferably AWS, and managed services • Nice to have: knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices • Nice to have: messaging and event systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS • Nice to have: automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and a quality-focused culture
